Even the cherry trees were excited to get this project underway. The soft soils forced our engineers and footing crew to work a little harder on this one to make poured concrete foundation walls work with piles. The result will be a nice flat useful space for a garage and a new addition to this historic Queens Road home. #underconstruction

Infinity edge pool is ready for shotcrete after the beautiful work by @poolbydesign. Can’t wait to show everyone the view of the mountain behind the infinity edge when it’s completed. Great design by @logandesigngroup. And interior design in the works from @michelboyd. Such a great team on this project. #underconstruction
We’re making good use of spray paint and a drone to show our client the layout of their pool deck before they sign off on it. Pool with spa and infinity edge in the middle. Putting green to the left. Cabana to the right. And, planting bed lines painted against the house. #underconstruction
Our Mountain Lake Road Project is starting to come alive. After framing most of the house and backfilling the 15’ foundation walls and pool deck it’s finally ready for the infinity edge pool to be dug out on the back patio. And we’re ready to start building the cabana that goes along with it. More to come as it continues to take shape. #underconstruction
