At W.K. Phipps, Inc. we strive for designs that will stand the tests of time in both the quality of the build and the architectural style.
Will Phipps founded W.K. Phipps, Inc. in 2011 and has been building homes in the Charlotte area since 2006. Inspiration for our homes comes from many old southern neighborhoods and old European architectural styles. Combining the right amount of contemporary design and floor plans with traditional architectural styles is something we try to achieve in each home. Will’s background, prior to building homes, is in technology, and that tech minded design is built in to every home. We always build in flexibility for all of the tech toys that you might want now and in the future, with careful design in mind so that it doesn’t take away from the charm of a beautifully designed interior.
Trust and transparency is at the core of our model. We want to give every client the home that they have dreamed of and provide a fun process and environment while creating it. While there are a lot of decisions to be made, building your dream home should be a great experience for everyone involved.
W.K. Phipps, Inc. has built homes in some of Charlotte’s favorite neighborhoods including Myers Park, Foxcroft, Old Foxcroft, Pharr Acres, and Dilworth, and now are building on Lake Norman.
